Highlands Coffee has achieved the Global Great Place To Work Certification for the first time from June 2023 to June 2024! This is a significant achievement that Highlands could not have attained without the contribution of each member of our team.
This certification is a recognition of the commitment of our Board of Directors in creating an inclusive, supportive, and cohesive work culture. It is certain that the success of Highlands is built on the foundation of hard work, effort, dedication, and unity of over 11,000 team members.
We are the only large-scale retail company in Vietnam to receive this certification, with the highest participation rate of 96% in the survey. Furthermore, 93% of Highlands Coffee employees have reported that Highlands Coffee is a Great Place To Work, compared to 53% of employees in a global standard company.
The certification process includes a rigorous evaluation of our work culture, based on anonymous feedback from 5,000 out of 9,400 randomly selected employees, assessing the organization’s policies and practices.
