The day-to-day activities

The Digital Learning Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and continuous improvement of digital learning content and platforms. This role works closely with trainers, internal subject matter experts, and external partners to create engaging, effective, and accessible digital learning solutions—including multimedia content and interactive e-learning modules—while managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless and impactful learner experience.

Key Accountabilities:

E-Learning Design

  • Design and develop end-to-end E-Learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Articulate Rise.
  • Receive and analyze digital learning needs from internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Training teams).
  • Conceptualize visuals and storyboards based on requirements and raw content, and recommend suitable content formats, tools, and development plans based on learning needs and available resources.
  • Design and produce multi-format training materials (e.g., slides, videos, graphics, animations, simulations) to a high and consistent standard with minimum supervision.
  • Develop animations using such as Adobe After Effects, InVideo, or other media authoring platforms, ensuring content is clear, engaging, easy to digest, and technically robust.
  • Conduct editorial reviews and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure multimedia and E-Learning courseware are accurate, error-free, accessible, and aligned with instructional goals.
  • Continuously review and update digital course materials to reflect the latest content and ensure consistency.

LMS Administration

  • Manage daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user enrollment, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors to maintain and propose enhancements to the LMS layout and usability.
  • Liaise with external vendors to oversee the development of digital content (e.g., storyboards, animations, courseware) and ensure alignment with branding and instructional goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate publication of digital learning materials across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain quizzes, mock exams, and other interactive assessment tools to enhance learner engagement.
  • Support and help implement initiatives that drive learner engagement and platform usage.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 02+ years of experience in E-Learning design, digital content development, or LMS administration.

Knowledge of:

  • Understanding of learning principles, instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, and other authoring tools.
  • Experience with multimedia editing tools such as Adobe After Effects, InVideo, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles is a plus.

  • Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Critical and creative thinking to propose learning improvement or any initiatives.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for program evaluation and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Good English proficiency in reading and writing.

Working time: as per business needs. Typically, 8 hours per day
