Regularly every year, Highlands Coffee participates in Career Day events to bring attractive job opportunities to students and fresh graduates. In this Empower Growth Career Day event, it was even more special because Highlands Coffee collaborated for the first time with partners VietnamWorks, Google, and NIC to offer internship positions. The event was organized in both the North and South regions. Through this opportunity, we found talented young individuals for internship positions in departments such as Digital Commerce, Local Store Marketing, and Finance & Accounting.
During the event, we had the chance to meet and exchange career directions and share exciting internship opportunities with the students.
Following the Empower Growth event, Highlands Coffee organized an engaging Career Day Talk with potential interns.
Nearly 20 candidates had the opportunity to meet and participate in direct interviews after the evaluation sessions from the previous Job Fair Empower Growth. Additionally, they had the chance to explore the youthful and creative office environment of Highlands. Moreover, they learned about the history, culture, and interesting stories through memorable experiences shared by true “Highlanders”: Mr. Hoang Long – Operations Training Manager (accompanying Highlands Coffee for 8 years) and Ms. Ha Long – District Manager (accompanying Highlands Coffee for 15 years). These individuals inspired and shared their special love for their work.
The Career Talk Day program not only focused on selecting potential interns but, more importantly, aimed to inspire love and passion for work in young individuals who are in search of their first second home.
