The day-to-day activities
This role provides end-to-end support and analysis to add value and assist in decision-making for Marketing functions and other business formats, including Franchise, Merchandise, and CPG. This position partners with Marketing functions and department heads to drive investment effectiveness aligned with brand strategies, store format profitability, and digital e-commerce growth and profitability.
This role also drives forecasting and ad hoc analysis with the aim of providing operational teams and executive management with insights into expected marketing performance for both financial and non-financial audiences.
Key Accountabilities:
Marketing Planning, Forecasting & Budget Management
- Partnership with Department Heads and Managers to develop annual budgets and monthly rolling sales forecasts.
- Conduct revenue performance variance analysis and identify key growth drivers.
- Control and monitor marketing budgets.
Revenue Growth & Marketing Investment Effectiveness
- Support and drive end-to-end financial management of marketing investments across sales channels and formats, including P&L development, financial metrics measurement, optimization, scenario planning, and pre- and post-investment evaluation analysis.
- Co-pilot, influence, and align with cross-functional stakeholders on key financial metrics and initiatives to optimize innovation performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and relevant stakeholders to generate business insights that drive revenue growth.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economic, or a related field.
- MBA or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA)is a plus.
Experience
- 05+ years experiences in forecasting, financial analysis and partnering with Marketing organization. Food & beverage industry, with an emphasis on coffee, tea and bakery is preferred.
- Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support.
- Using strong marketing acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in Digital Ecommerce Marketing model is preferred.
Knowledge of:
- Annual Operating Planning, Rolling Forecasting Process
- Finance management system and business legacy systems
- Market trend, competitors understand, insights generation
- Shopper and Consumer insights
Skills (Ability to):
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen; experience with Power BI, Power Query, and other analytical tools is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, with extensive experience in building operating models and analyzing large datasets.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into structured insights and present to all levels of management.
- Ability to build trust and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Agile and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
