Respond to customer inquiries accurately and courteously, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge;
Proficiently use the sales system;
Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally, promptly notifying the Manager;
Guide customers to necessary area regarding to the ordering process.
Revenue Control
Summarize sales revenue and report to Store Manager at the end of the shift;
Control the amount of cash at the store and hand over to Store Manager at the end of the shift;
Participate in tasks related to opening and closing the store;
Support maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of the counter.
Job requirements
Age: 18 and above
Education: At least high school diploma, prefer College or University students in all majors, with priority in Marketing/ Business/ Restaurant – Hotel Management /Food Science.
