The day-to-day activities
- Order Receipt and Sales Recommendations
- Welcome customer, receive and guide customer in placing orders, suggest suitable drinks or food in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner;
- Inform the amount of money to be paid, advise on suitable payment methods, process payments, express gratitude and notice waiting time;
- Sales recommendations: new products, accompanying products, promotional programs, packaged coffee, thermos bottles, etc.;
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and courteously, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge;
- Proficiently use the sales system;
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally, promptly notifying the Manager;
- Guide customers to necessary area regarding to the ordering process.
- Revenue Control
- Summarize sales revenue and report to Store Manager at the end of the shift;
- Control the amount of cash at the store and hand over to Store Manager at the end of the shift;
- Participate in tasks related to opening and closing the store;
- Support maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of the counter.
Job requirements
- Age: 18 and above
- Education: At least high school diploma, prefer College or University students in all majors, with priority in Marketing/ Business/ Restaurant – Hotel Management /Food Science.
- Working hour: Part-time/Full-time
