Prepare drinks according to the process, recipe, regulations, and quality standards;
Ensure consistent quality of each beverage and preparation time to ensure customer satisfaction;
Ensure compliance with the expiration dates of goods, reporting any damaged or expired goods;
Control the quality of goods imported daily;
Inventory and Equipment Management
Conduct inventory checks and report the quantity of goods daily and monthly;
Ensure sufficient supply of goods, raw materials, and equipment;
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, equipment, and related machinery;
Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules for equipment at the preparation counter;
Participate in tasks related to opening and closing the store.
Job requirements
Age: 18 and above
Education: At least high school diploma, prefer College or University students in all majors, with priority in Marketing/ Business/ Restaurant – Hotel Management /Food Science.
