The day-to-day activities
Driving brand growth, overseeing multi-channel marketing execution, and managing cross-functional projects to achieve ambitious sales and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support to CPG Marketing Strategy & Planning (to CMO or CBDO)
- Contribute on building AOP & marketing calendar (including annual business review, strategic growth plan, marketing mix & marketing initiatives)
- Magnify master brand & system power to drive CPG segment growth.
- Monthly, quarterly performance review for CPG segment to finetune & improve its performance.
Lead CPG campaign development, deployment & performance evaluation.
- Lead CPG product innovation / renovation from ideation to launch. (Basic stagegate is applied)
- Lead NILG (non-innovation led growth) campaigns from ideation to launch.
- Lead campaign IMC development, across ATL to sales channels
Develop CPG brand contents, assets & Guardian brand compliance.
- Lead 1P brand asset (web, fb, ttk…) development, maintenance
- Ensure brand guildeines is well executed by distributor partners across market & channel.
- Develop social content that support digital commerce & performance marketing
- Collaborate to CPG BU to commercialize aligned marketing calendar for growth
Job requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management or Product Development, preferably in FMCG/F&B.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand building, and campaign execution.
- Experience in channel & promotion management across multiple sales channels.
- Good understanding of forecasting, performance tracking, and budget/ROI evaluation.
- Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial, and external partners.
- Fluent in English.
