The day-to-day activities

Driving brand growth, overseeing multi-channel marketing execution, and managing cross-functional projects to achieve ambitious sales and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to CPG Marketing Strategy & Planning (to CMO or CBDO)
  • Contribute on building AOP & marketing calendar (including annual business review, strategic growth plan, marketing mix & marketing initiatives)
  • Magnify master brand & system power to drive CPG segment growth.
  • Monthly, quarterly performance review for CPG segment to finetune & improve its performance.

 

Lead CPG campaign development, deployment & performance evaluation.

  • Lead CPG product innovation / renovation from ideation to launch. (Basic stagegate is applied)
  • Lead NILG (non-innovation led growth) campaigns from ideation to launch.
  • Lead campaign IMC development, across ATL to sales channels

Develop CPG brand contents, assets & Guardian brand compliance.

  • Lead 1P brand asset (web, fb, ttk…) development, maintenance
  • Ensure brand guildeines is well executed by distributor partners across market & channel.
  • Develop social content that support digital commerce & performance marketing
  • Collaborate to CPG BU to commercialize aligned marketing calendar for growth

Job requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management or Product Development, preferably in FMCG/F&B.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand building, and campaign execution.
  • Experience in channel & promotion management across multiple sales channels.
  • Good understanding of forecasting, performance tracking, and budget/ROI evaluation.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial, and external partners.
  • Fluent in English.
