The day-to-day activities
- Providing Dedicated Customer Service
- Welcome and serve customers by following Highlands Coffee standards;
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and courteously, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge;
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally, promptly notifying Store Manager;
- Optimize the capacity of the store while ensuring comfortable environment for all customers.
- Performing Daily Operational Tasks
- Up selling when appropriate (promotion information, related items such as packaged coffee, thermos bottles, etc.);
- Carry out tasks related to opening and closing the store as instructed;
- Follow standards of hygiene regulations at the store;
- Ensure cleanliness of customer and work areas: clearing tables, wiping surfaces, arranging tables and chairs, etc.;
- Assist in collecting customer information to build database if needed;
- Provide delivery service when necessary.
Job requirements
- Age: 18 and above
- Education: At least high school diploma, prefer College or University students in all majors, with priority in Marketing/ Business/ Restaurant – Hotel Management /Food Science.
- Working hour: Part-time/Full-time
