The day-to-day activities
- Operations Management
- Coordinate and organize tasks within the shift to ensure store operations run smoothly;
- Monitor activities during the shift, ensuring all staffs follow company procedures and regulations (BFSCE standards, demeanor, uniforms, etc.);
- Ensure all products are prepared accurately regarding to the recipe, ingredients and standards before serving to customers;
- Handle customer service issues arising during the shift, effectively manage customer flow at all times.
- Open and close shifts, monitor customer movement in and out, and orders during the shift.
- Employee Training
- Provide comprehensive training on product knowledge, services, procedures, etc., for new employees;
- Re-train and regularly assess the knowledge of employees in all positions within the store.
- Inventory & Revenue Management
- Manage revenue/cash flow and cashier reports during the shift;
- Manage goods, equipment, and ordering according to regulations, control daily deliveries and cancellations of product;
- Report inventory stock monthly;
- Report revenue and any issues arising during the shift.
Job requirements
- Age: 18 and above
- Education: At least high school diploma, prefer College or University students in all majors, with priority in Marketing/ Business/ Restaurant – Hotel Management /Food Science.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a similar position or experience in all 3 positions: Sales, Server, Barista.
