Summary:
- Drive and ensure sustain the Highlands Coffee Service Excellence training program.
- Support in sustaining the Highlands Coffee Service Culture through effective training & certification program and other training activities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Orientation & Basic Service training for Newcomers.
- Conduct Server Leader, Store Manager and Senior Sales Associate training programs.
- Ensure all servers' compliance in all policies and procedures during store operations by constantly audit store service
- Be responsible for all admin tasks related to each training courses (registration, test, certificate…)
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, budgets/ costs, and equipments.
- Maintain updated records of training curricula and material
- Assist Training Manager/Leader in other training activities
Job requirements:
- Education: Minimum College degree.
- Education/Training Qualifications, Certificates in Hospitality/Services are a plus.
- 2 years of experience in Training/Customer Service.
- Positively influences Server Leaders & store service teams.
- Instructional proficiency with sound communication skills.
- English proficiency is a plus and good presentation skills.
Working time: 8:30 AM - 17:30 PM | Mon to Fri
