The day-to-day activities

Key Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and plans.
  • Proactively identify and recruit passive/active candidates and utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Review and facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Execute assigned duties and special projects as directed by the supervisor and/or manager.
  • Execute employer branding initiatives, including organizing events, managing Fanpages, establishing partnerships with newspapers, universities, colleges, training centers, HR consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.

Job requirements

Education/ Training Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in in either a recruitment firm or corporate setting.

Work related skills:

  • Candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
  • Database management and record keeping.
  • Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MSWord, MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication.
  • Organizational Skill.

  • Proficient in negotiation and consulting.
