The day-to-day activities

Brief summary of job : Drive and ensure to sustain the Highlands Coffee Service Excellence training program Support in sustaining the Highlands Coffee Service Culture through effective training & certification program and other training activities

1. Key Accountabilities
Conduct Orientation & Basic Service training to Newcomers
Conduct Server Leader and Store Manager training programs
Evaluate trainees after training courses
Training administrative tasks:
– Be responsible for all admin tasks related to each training cource (registration, test, certificate…)
– Summary and analyze a database of all training activities (class info, training budget…)
– Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for outsorcing courses, others requierments
Design, implement and develop Service Excellence programs
Enhance the impact of training course on staff performance and customer satisfaction:
– Liaise with Operations to provide the support and encouragement instore-training activites, on-the-job coaching…
– Lead other special projects in improving service performance in store
Assist Training Manager in developing, conducting Soft skills training other training activities

Job requirements

2. Job requirements
Education/ Training Qualifications Education/ Training Qualifications Minimum College degree Certificates in Hospitality/ Services is a plus
English proficiency
Experience 2-5 years of experiences in Training/ Customer Service
Knowledge of: Retail/ Hospitality/ F&B Training Skills
(Ability to): Teach/ train/ coach/ facilitate others
Positively influences Server Leaders & store service teams
Instructional proficiency with sound communication skills.
Good presentation skills

Working hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (or flextime as required)
