The day-to-day activities

Job summary: This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating various activities related to Department activities. Job description:

• Work closely with the Marketing team to understand their promotional program requirements and objectives.
• Implement and configure new promotional programs on the POS system according to Marketing’s requirements.
• Monitor, validate, and ensure the accuracy of all promotional programs deployed on the POS system.
• Communicate effectively with Store Operations or customers to address any issues or concerns related to the promotional programs on the POS system.
• Provide on-site support and guidance to store staff & customers when they encounter difficulties or have questions related to the POS system's promotional features.
• Collect feedback from store staff and customers to communicate to the IT and Marketing teams to help improve the user experience and system functionality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Other information:

• Working time: 9:00 – 18:00, Mon – Fri
• Location: 127 Nguyen Co Thach Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

Job requirements

• University students majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Pay close attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Be able to work full-time within 03 – 06 months
