The day-to-day activities

Key Accountabilities: Payroll Calculation
  • Calculate and process the monthly payroll and incentive payments accurately and on time, following company policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare and review pay-slips, timekeeping reports, leave reports, and overtime reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate monthly payroll-related reports.
  • Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to payroll.
Employee Insurance Management
  • Register Social, Health and Unemployment insurance contribution for new employees.
  • Complete monthly Social Insurance reconciliation report.
  • Manage employee’s Social Insurance Books (SIB) including prepare applications for issuing SIB, control SIB and record SIB for resign employees.
  • Make claims for Social Insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and follow up payment for employees.
Labor Contract & Employee Data Management
  • In charge of labor contract management, including preparing new contracts, renewing contracts, and preparing appendix contracts.
  • Manage and update employment movement data, such as tracking new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and other employee movements within the organization.
  • Manage employees' supporting documents, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations.
PIT Management
  • Apply for issuance PIT code for employees.
  • Register dependent relief.
  • Conduct PIT declaration and finalization for employees.
  • Work closely with relevant Government Offices such as Tax, Social Insurance Authority, etc.
  • Respond to employees’ concerns relating to C&B policies and practices.
  • Support other HR members to ensure smooth operation of HR Department.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and propose to update current policies and procedures when necessary.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management or equivalent.
  • 02+ years of experiences in C&B/ a similar role, preferably in the food & beverage/ retail industry.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT Law, Social Insurance regulations
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with a focus on Excel and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in C&B operations and data management.
  • High sense of confidentiality, handling sensitive employee information and maintaining data privacy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, managing multiple tasks and priorities within the C&B function.
  • Fluent English proficiency in speaking and writing is a plus
