Be responsible of end-to-end planning process from bean to cup for Highland coffee and act as a key business partner between supply chain and business stakeholders (MKT, Ops, Fin, Expansion…)
Supply Planning:
- Work out supply planning for raw material and packaging materials
- Work with team to advise the optimal safety stock
- Follow up supply plan and control
Inventory:
- Monitor stock health and ensure inventory meet target and maximize service level
Report:
- Daily tracking dashboard
- Monthly forecast accuracy
- Monthly inventory report
- PO fulfilment rate

Education/ Training Qualifications
Bachelor of supply chain management, industrial engineering.
APICs certified is a plus.
Knowledge of:
Skills (Ability to):
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Excel
- Power BI
- Python
- Working time: 9 AM – 6 PM
